Job Description:

The PSM will be responsible for taking newly trained channel partners and providing ongoing management and support to ensure consistent delivery of sales opportunities. This role would report directly to the Director of National Channels and would be based out of Greenville, SC.

Key Duties:

  • - Conduct review of newly assigned partners
  • - Establish long term partner business plans including initial 30-60-90 day KPIs
  • - Provide marketing support and act as conduit between partners and marketing department
  • - Provide tactical support to partners to ensure consistent delivery of leads to RVPs
  • - Generate quarterly performance reviews of active partnerships
  • - Manage occasional visits to HQ for key partners
  • - Occasional field travel for partner support
  • - Manage regional partner handoff to RVPs

Job Requirements:


  • - Sales and or Business Development Background
  • - Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills
  • - Highly proficient with Microsoft Office
  • - Ability to multi-task in a fast pace environment
  • - Ability to grasp complex subject matter
  • - Social proficiency to navigate various personalities and backgrounds
  • - Motivated personality with a win at all costs attitude
  • - Reside or be willing to relocate to Greenville, SC area and office out of HQ
  • - Bachelor's degree preferred
  • - 40% Travel required
