The Clinical Inbound Specialists are an elite group of clinicians who are on the frontlines handling all incoming clinical calls. We are in need of one highly motivated clinician to join the Clinical Inbound Team. A Clinical Inbound Specialist does far more than just answer incoming calls. Check out the full list below of all the ways our Clinical Inbound Specialist makes what we do every day possible:

 

  • Answers all incoming calls from patients & practices

  • Returns all voicemails within five minutes

  • Assists with triaging patient clinical issues and connecting patients with a nurse

  • Reviews and completes Urgent To Dos such as:

    • Set up appointments

    • Resolve patient transportation needs

    • Find additional patient resources

    • Resolve patient account urgents

    • Assists the Clinical Engagement Specialists by completing special projects for our clients

    • Assists the Nurse Team and Pharmacy Technicians in obtaining additional information needed to handle Nurse Urgents and medication refills for our patients

    • Obtain fax numbers for record requests and send record requests

 

How a Inbound Specialist's performance is measured:

  • How quickly a call is answered (team is evaluated)

  • How quickly a voicemail is returned (team is evaluated)

  • Call Answer Rate (team and individual evaluated) 

  • Idle Time

  • Average After Call Work Time

  • Quality Scores

  • Hours Worked and Attendance

  • Patient Delight Stories

  • Number of Lead Urgents






Qualifications: 

The clinician must have demonstrated exceptional performance on the Clinical Floor

The clinician has adhered to the Attendance policy

The clinician has demonstrated excellence in following established clinical protocols and procedures

The clinician's  quality scores must be demonstrative of clinical excellence

The clinician must be able to work the inbound schedule assigned to them

The clinician has demonstrated leadership and initiative to obtain additional skill sets at ChartSpan

The clinician must be flexible and able to switch tasks effectively

The clinician needs to have an eagerness to help their fellow co-workers and team to succeed

The clinician must have a current license as a CNA, CMA, RMA, LPN, or Health Coach
